Product and Tooling Design

Project Management is handled in a critical path format and monitored by using Microsoft Project software. Realizing that each project will require a unique strategy, we encourage our customers and our employees to provide critical input throughout each project to ensure our weekly progress reports to you are accurate.
Manufacturing Consulting
As part of Merit Models' customer service, we offer tool consulting and problem solving of tools that are currently being built in China. If you are having difficulty with a tooling or production project in China, Merit can assist you in several ways.

Tooling Manufacturing
Between our stateside and offshore vendors, we will source your tooling project to best fit your specific requirements. Our tooling manufacturing includes: injection molds, compression molds, progressive and transfer dies from the prototype stage through production.
